All you need is a fax maching and/or a scanner, or you may prefer to mail your accounting documents to us. We take it from there, using one of the following methods.
Remote Login
This is a very affordable and easy method. After a simple quick setup, we are able to securly log in over the Internet directly to your computer. This method is very useful during times that your computer is not being used, or if you have an extra computer that is available. The login is made through a secure connection, which you may turn off if you wish when not being used.
Virtual Desktop
The virtual desktop allows you the client as well as our staff to log in over the Internet to your virtual online "desktop" through a secure connection. While it costs more than the remote login method above, it allows for multiple users, your data resides securely on the remote server, and you do not need to have a computer available at your office. You may log in from any computer with high speed Internet access.
